  • Tyne Bridge Hilton
    250 bedroom 5 star hotel on a prominent site on the banks of the River Tyne, Gateshead.
  • CSCI (Commission for Social Care inspectorate)
    The reconfiguration, consolidation and restructuring of 84 satellite offices across the UK.
  • NDA (Nuclear Decommissioning Authority)
    The fit-out of the new Headquarters facility for this newly formed Goverment agency, responsible for the decommissioning of the UK's Nuclear legacy. The project also included the fit-out of 5 further office facilities across the UK - 70,000 sq ft.
  • NaREC EPL Building
    A showcase Research and Design facility for the New and Renewable Energy Centre.  Includes triple height Test Areas with associated Control Rooms and support facilities, Blyth Docks, Northumberland - 35,500 sq ft.
  • NaREC PVTC Building
    A Photovoltaic Technology Centre for the New and Renewable Energy Centre.  Includes clean room laboratories and associated research facilities set within a refurbished industrial building, Blyth, Northumberland - 17,500 sq ft.
  • Egger (UK) Ltd
    The £125 million extension to the chipboard manufacturing facility in Hexham, Northumberland, including the largest continuous rolling press in Europe. The project also included the reconfiguration of the European design and conference centre.
  • Energy Centres
    285 retail units for British Gas, throughout the UK, involving all aspects of design from name generation to detailed design and project management.
  • Yukos
    Research and development facility, incorporating clean rooms, GC labs, teaching labs etc., offices and support areas, Moscow, Russia - 90,000 sq ft.
  • Balliol Business Park
    Masterplan for high-tech business park, Newcastle upon Tyne - 750,000 sq ft.
  • Balliol Office Projects
    3 and 4 storey office development for Grantside Developments, Balliol East Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne - 150,000 sq ft.
